Black on Black Tatami Estilo 5.0 Gi

I really want to purchase this gi. I'm a stocky Asian guy and I weigh about 210 and stand 5'6" tall. I have a 44" chest but short arms. What size should I get to fit me and what does the H in the A2H mean? I was thinking an A3, but rumors have it that it's very large. And how much would it shrink if washed? Any information is appreciated. Thank you!
